Returns & Exchanges Policy

Cork City FC is dedicated to providing high-quality official merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of purchase. All returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition and were not personalized, as custom jerseys and printed items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you require an exchange for a different size or a full refund.

  Package and Ship

  Securely package your items and send them to the Cork City FC Club Shop at Turner's Cross via a tracked postal service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
